It\u2019s the exact system I use, and I promise it\u2019s not as complicated as it sounds.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Step 1: Start with a short, problem-focused ad<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this example, I\u2019m using a one-minute Instagram video ad. The goal is to speak directly to a specific problem my audience is facing.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s say my audience is struggling to attract the right clients. In that ad, I\u2019m calling that out, showing them that if they\u2019re pulling in the wrong people, they probably need to rethink who they\u2019re targeting and how they\u2019re positioning their message.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s it. No need for a fancy production or a hard sell. Just a relatable problem that makes people say, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yep, that\u2019s me.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><b>Step 2: Lead them somewhere that adds value<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After watching the ad, people click <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn More<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. That takes them to the next step in the funnel, a webinar sign-up page.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This page explains what the webinar is about, what pain points it will address, and why I\u2019m qualified to help. It also includes social proof, screenshots, testimonials, and case studies that show real results.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By the time they\u2019re done scrolling, they\u2019re thinking, Okay, this looks legit. I want to learn more. So they click the yellow button to sign up.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Step 3: The automated webinar that feels live<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s where things get cool. When someone registers, they\u2019re added to an automated webinar, meaning it\u2019s pre-recorded but plays in real time, with the look and feel of a live event.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, here\u2019s something important, you\u2019ve got to use this strategy with integrity. I never say it\u2019s live when it\u2019s not. I also don\u2019t overexplain. The goal isn\u2019t to trick anyone, it\u2019s to create a seamless experience that respects people\u2019s time while delivering value.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And since the webinar streams in their local time zone, it feels personal and immediate, whether they\u2019re in LA or London.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Step 4: Keep the momentum going with a thank-you page<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After registering, people land on a confirmation page. This page includes a short video from me thanking them for joining, plus a few small actions they can take right away, like saving the webinar to their calendar or sharing it with friends.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When they share it, we even give them a free gift as a thank-you. It\u2019s a small gesture, but it builds connection and gets more people into the funnel organically.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Step 5: Qualify and convert<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the webinar ends, attendees are redirected to a booking page where they can schedule a strategy call.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From there, they fill out an application form with a few questions to make sure they\u2019re a good fit for our program. My team reviews each application to see if they\u2019re ready for the next step.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And that\u2019s it, that\u2019s the funnel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From a 60-second Instagram video to a webinar to a booked call.
