How to Clone Yourself in 2026 (The 24/7 Sales System)

We’re already almost a month into 2026. January flew by. So be honest with me for a second, are you excited about this year, or are you already feeling tired just thinking about hitting your revenue goals, managing your team, and keeping all the plates spinning?

If hitting your goals means working more hours, that’s a broken plan. You can’t scale time. You can only scale assets. Most business owners burn out because they’re trying to be the CEO, the sales team, and the closer all at once. That works for a while… until it doesn’t. 

So today, I want to show you how to build a digital version of your best sales day ever- one that works 24/7, even when you’re not.

Your digital clone

In the tech world, there’s something called a digital twin. It’s basically a virtual copy of a physical machine that runs nonstop.

In our webinar world, your digital twin is an automated webinar. Think about your best sales call ever.

You were on fire. You handled every objection smoothly. You told the right stories. The prospect was nodding along. And they bought. 

Now think about your worst sales day. You were tired. You forgot to mention a bonus. You rushed the offer. You missed a key story.

That’s the problem with humans. We’re inconsistent. Your digital clone isn’t.

An automated webinar delivers your best performance every single time.

  • It never gets tired.
  • It never forgets a testimonial.
  • It never skips the price reveal.

This is also what I call the Webinar Sprint Method. You sprint live first. Then you automate the winner.

Once you’ve got a version that converts reliably, you record it, lock it in, and that becomes your automated webinar, your digital clone.
