The Sales Funnel That Lands 20–30 Clients a Month

Let’s talk about something every entrepreneur or creator eventually faces, how to turn attention into action.

Now, if you’ve been running ads or posting on social media for a while, you’ve probably noticed that getting people to actually do something after watching your content isn’t always easy.

So today, I want to walk you through an example of a simple sales funnel, one that starts with an Instagram video ad and ends with someone booking a call or joining your program. It’s the exact system I use, and I promise it’s not as complicated as it sounds.

Step 1: Start with a short, problem-focused ad

In this example, I’m using a one-minute Instagram video ad. The goal is to speak directly to a specific problem my audience is facing.

Let’s say my audience is struggling to attract the right clients. In that ad, I’m calling that out, showing them that if they’re pulling in the wrong people, they probably need to rethink who they’re targeting and how they’re positioning their message.

That’s it. No need for a fancy production or a hard sell. Just a relatable problem that makes people say, Yep, that’s me.

Step 2: Lead them somewhere that adds value

After watching the ad, people click Learn More. That takes them to the next step in the funnel, a webinar sign-up page.

This page explains what the webinar is about, what pain points it will address, and why I’m qualified to help. It also includes social proof, screenshots, testimonials, and case studies that show real results.

By the time they’re done scrolling, they’re thinking, Okay, this looks legit. I want to learn more. So they click the yellow button to sign up.

Step 3: The automated webinar that feels live

Here’s where things get cool. When someone registers, they’re added to an automated webinar, meaning it’s pre-recorded but plays in real time, with the look and feel of a live event.

Now, here’s something important, you’ve got to use this strategy with integrity. I never say it’s live when it’s not. I also don’t overexplain. The goal isn’t to trick anyone, it’s to create a seamless experience that respects people’s time while delivering value.

And since the webinar streams in their local time zone, it feels personal and immediate, whether they’re in LA or London.

Step 4: Keep the momentum going with a thank-you page

After registering, people land on a confirmation page. This page includes a short video from me thanking them for joining, plus a few small actions they can take right away, like saving the webinar to their calendar or sharing it with friends.

When they share it, we even give them a free gift as a thank-you. It’s a small gesture, but it builds connection and gets more people into the funnel organically.

Step 5: Qualify and convert

When the webinar ends, attendees are redirected to a booking page where they can schedule a strategy call.

From there, they fill out an application form with a few questions to make sure they’re a good fit for our program. My team reviews each application to see if they’re ready for the next step.

And that’s it, that’s the funnel.

From a 60-second Instagram video to a webinar to a booked call. All automated. All running 24/7.

Why this works

This kind of funnel works because it’s built on trust and clarity, not pressure. Each step feels natural, from seeing the ad to learning more to taking action.

Plus, once it’s set up, it runs automatically, which means you can keep growing your business even when you’re not glued to your laptop.

Final thought
